1. Beta Service Notice

issuebeam.com is currently in beta. This means the service is still under active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or undergo significant changes. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice

  • Service availability is not guaranteed during the beta period

  • Data migration or loss may occur during updates

  • Support response times may vary

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using issuebeam.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our service.

3. Description of Service

issuebeam.com is a feedback collection and issue tracking platform that enables users to collect feedback from their applications via an embeddable widget. The service includes screenshot capture with annotations, public voting boards, and automatic synchronization with GitHub and GitLab repositories.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • All activities that occur under your account

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content

  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the service or via email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Pricing and Beta Status

Beta Period: IssueBeam is currently in beta. During this period, the service is provided as-is and pricing is to be determined.

  • Beta Team Members: Accounts set up by IssueBeam staff are part of the beta team and are exempt from future pricing changes.

  • App Members: Users who are members of apps they have been invited to (not app owners) will not be charged for those apps. Only app owners may be subject to future pricing changes.

  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to introduce pricing for the service in the future. We will provide advance notice of any pricing changes through the service or via email. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

  • Future Pricing: Pricing structure, plans, and billing terms will be determined and communicated before any charges are applied. Beta team members and app members (non-owners) will be notified separately regarding their exemption status.
